It would be easier if you asked for a specific mod, ie if you see a feature you want then ask which mod does it. Giving you an entire list of modifications we use might have security issues.

Ohh.. understandable sorry... your warning mod, contact moderators mod... and im not sure if u have this (my eyes may be decieving me) putting banned members in a group which all have the same avatar/sig e.g saying banned Cheers

Contact the moderators is a simple template edit in overall_header.tpl, usergroup settings arent modifications they are standard with phpBB. The yellow and red card system , (warnign system) I'm unsure of the exact hack we used in the end. Someone else will know.

Cheers... the contact the moderators script -- does it let the user post directly to a user or in a hidden forum?

Its just a forum that users have post rights to but not read/view rights
