MAn i downloaded the gta-vc from the dwonloads. I don't know what to do with it Can someone plaese give me a steap-by-steap set of instructions on waht to do and how to install it. thanks!

okay firstly gta-vc is not available to install...do you mean mta-vc?

if so after you have downloaded the file, you do the advanced art of 'double clicking'. this requires you to click your left mouse button twice in a short period. double click on the downloaded file and follow the simple instructions
