I disconnect automatically after 10 secs

When I connect to a server, The downloading doesn't start. it's stuck on 0% and after 10 seconds it disconnects automatically and an error appears in the menu,       'Error downloading requested files. Timeout was reached. [Operation too slow. Less than 10 bytes/sec transferred the last 10 seconds] [performancebrowser_client.lua]'    I've tried everything, Re-installing MTA, Deleting the resources, Changing the firewall settings. Non of them works. Please help .-.

Something is blocking TCP connections from gta_sa.exe and proxy_sa.exe
Check your firewall again.

So, I opened this 'MTADiag', It checked for missing files and gave me a link. But the question is.... How do I copy it? . -. And what's a clipboard eh? Can't find it anywhere...

Even before I downloaded the IObit Malware fighter, It didn't work... . -. But, Gonna try disabling the firewall..
