Guest
I just got San Andreas today on computer and after the first two intro's the game just closes automatically, ive gotten a program 3D Analyzer and it helps me get passed and able to play the game... Also i've noticed theres alot of people that have had the same problem... Am I and others in my situation goin to be able to use MTA SA?? Or will we have to wait and see if Rockstar Games or someone releases a patch to fix this... Link to comment

orappa
Crashes to desktop can often be caused by older graphics card drivers. My machine crashes whenever I change graphics settings in the menu because I have old drivers and whenever I download the latest driver set, it accuses me of not having an Nvidia graphics chip when I have.... Anyway, to answer your question, anything that affects the operation of single player is likely to affect the operation of multiplayer. Link to comment
eAi
Ensure your graphics card meets the minimum spec, i.e has 64mb of ram. Link to comment

orappa
You could still try updating your drivers. I managed to get past that little problem yesterday by downloading modified drivers that actually recognised by card, and the SA problem when changing graphics settings disappeared. Link to comment
