Streaming memory trouble causing clientside texture's failure

Hi all,

sorry for possible mislinking boardbranch for such kind of question, I'm new to this forum.

I've been looking for an issue to fix custom tuning part's textures for a very long period of time. They can work for a while and then become chaotically broken, taking down other components with themselves (e.g. minimap).

It seems to be a kind of "historical" problem, I've already found tens of topics since 2010-11, but nothing is said concretely yet. There're also some bugreports from past years. I'm sure, there could be the way to solve the problem.  Do anybody have thoughts about that? 

On the first picture, vehicle's front fascia looks good, on the second is broken. The main reason is suspected to be a streaming memory limit.
