[BLENDER] Invisible walls

Hi guys! I'm had a problem with model. When I creating the collision in Coll2Editor, I had a invisible walls with collision. When i create the model, I used the subdivide, after use that I had that bugged collision. Somebody help me? Sorry for my english, but i'm a not advanced at that language

I used "Limited desolves" and it still bugged
