Robpol86 Posted May 29, 2003 Posted May 29, 2003 maby the server has sum "resource intensive" program running in the background? try turnin off ur av, firewall (software), ne type of defragger or disk checker or benchmark utility.

Doball Posted May 30, 2003 Posted May 30, 2003 One wired thing is there is only a maximum of 512k which you can choice for the speed of your connection. Why isn't there an option for T1 and LAN etc?

vegetto34 Posted May 30, 2003 Posted May 30, 2003 Actually, I have 768k down/128k up ADSL and set to 128k speed it is 99% lag free. Played in about 4 servers so far including my own and it has been fun.
