OK well this is 100% definitive

Reed was not trying to hide anything I told him what I was doing and he helped me test his heath

he did a !hp I shot him 1 time with the M60 and he did !hp again.

He says he has no idea how his weap.dat got that way and I believe him because he made no attempt to hide or leave the server like others have in the past.

I am left with no outs here thou and I have to kick him from KFC.

He is reinstalling his MTA now and I will test him again and see if it's fixed... more later...

edit...

OK he reinstalled and he looses the correct amount of health from M60... He is still out but rest assured he is clean now...
