TXD Problem

So I have a problem importing a TXD, normally everything goes fine and works but this one doesn't. 

The Error:

Check the meta.xml file.

Forgot to mention, it's there aswell.

Maybe this file is not a txd file. Try opening it with TXD Workshop.

It is, I took it from Vice City's gta3.img, checked to be sure and there are the images needed

I'd recommend you use magic TXD. TXD workshop is older then dust itself.
