Help meee I can't connect to server!!!! Is very important!!!

I have a problem, i can't connect because i give disconnect for this error:

Disconeected: Connection timed out.(Delay = 10 sec)

I have received this error, for very long time, and i don't pushed Disconncet.

What i do now?

are you sure your trying to connect to a working server?

test it by using this ip and port:

ip: 213.230.209.155

port: 2012

if that doesnt work, its probably your hardware/software firewall preventing outgoing access on those port
