0 Si|ent Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 (edited) I think perhaps the term 'Support' may be the problem? as surely people can see the section clearly enough. We'd considered it a fairly standard term to mean help/assistance/support but perhaps this isnt so. Any suggestions for a name for that section that makes it obvious even to the most 'intellectually challenged'? Edited May 9, 2005 by Guest
0 orappa Posted May 9, 2005 Author Posted May 9, 2005 I thought it was because General MTA was the first one on the list and could be seen as relevant if you don't look at any of the other categories.
0 Si|ent Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 No. Because people are posting thier problems all over the place. Including below the Support section.
0 l2ebel Posted May 9, 2005 Posted May 9, 2005 how about "help section" ? maybe with a description like.. "place for all questions and answers releated to problems with mta" or: "problems with mta? post your question or find your answer here" i think everyone with a minimum knowledge of the english language would find his/her way IF he'd/she'd actually bother to read all the section titles hell, i think "help" was the first english word ive learnt
0 darkdreamingdan Posted May 12, 2005 Posted May 12, 2005 yeah i always found this kinda dumb: Useful topicsYour first stop if you have a problem with MTA. the comment needs changing
0 paul527 Posted August 4, 2008 Posted August 4, 2008 (edited) Sounds good. Any other suggestions? I have an idea, put this on the index page of the forums! Right on top : ===================================================== HELLO THERE! POST YOUR QUESTIONS IN THE SUPPORT SECTION, THANK YOU! ===================================================== I think that this might divert around 80% of the misplaced help threads. Sound good? Edited October 13, 2008 by Guest
0 paul527 Posted August 6, 2008 Posted August 6, 2008 Yeah, but mine works for both sexual preferences. If you're gay or straight, you still wouldn't want a nice/crazyass old man with a gun telling you to post in the Support section.
