0 Si|ent
I think perhaps the term 'Support' may be the problem? as surely people can see the section clearly enough. We'd considered it a fairly standard term to mean help/assistance/support but perhaps this isnt so. Any suggestions for a name for that section that makes it obvious even to the most 'intellectually challenged'? Edited May 9, 2005 by Guest Link to comment
0 orappa
I thought it was because General MTA was the first one on the list and could be seen as relevant if you don't look at any of the other categories. Link to comment
0 Si|ent
No. Because people are posting thier problems all over the place. Including below the Support section. Link to comment
0 l2ebel
how about "help section" ? maybe with a description like.. "place for all questions and answers releated to problems with mta" or: "problems with mta? post your question or find your answer here" i think everyone with a minimum knowledge of the english language would find his/her way IF he'd/she'd actually bother to read all the section titles hell, i think "help" was the first english word ive learnt Link to comment

0 paul527
Sounds good. Any other suggestions? I have an idea, put this on the index page of the forums! Right on top : ===================================================== HELLO THERE! POST YOUR QUESTIONS IN THE SUPPORT SECTION, THANK YOU! ===================================================== I think that this might divert around 80% of the misplaced help threads. Sound good? 0 paul527
Yeah, but mine works for both sexual preferences. If you're gay or straight, you still wouldn't want a nice/crazyass old man with a gun telling you to post in the Support section. Link to comment
