How Do I Delete This?

How do I delete a object/texture like this? World object deletion tool doesn't work and it does not come up as anything.  I'm new to mapping.

This can be done by scripting.Check out this function.

and if you need the id/name then i suggest using map editor for gta san andreas

then you load the ipl with the designed object (Lae2 ipl in this case i think) find it and there you go , now you have the id
