please help me for how to fix vehicle mode when many car in the near me my fps very very low and i have a lag

If vehicle mods lowers your fps then you should use a better vehicle model which is less detailed because sometimes the model isn't optimised too well.

Another option is to upgrade your PC, upgrade from a wooden PC to a stone PC like me or maybe even an iron PC.

Wait do you lag with moded vehicles or just the default vehicles?

If moded then get simpler mods.

If you lag without any mods installed (just normal GTA vehicles) then this may help you. Turn it on/off with C button. It hides all other cars and greatly increases your FPS if you're PC isn't that strong. If you have lag with modded vehicles, do what @loki2143 said and you'll be fine.

I don't get the sense of that answer without a question... so i'm making some to understand better:

Q1. Do you have modded vehicles models in your gta3.img? 

Q2. Do you play in a server that has these kind of mods?

Q3. Do you lag without any vehicle mods (both u and server have no mods of that kind)?

 

A1. Remove the mods and restore gta3.img to it's orginal.

A2, Do not play in this server or read what @koragg said and use the carhider

A3. Read what @koragg said and use the carhider

 

The last hard "question" may be

Q4. What if i still lag after the above?

But this is not even a question since you said "when many car in the near me".

Still the answer is:

A4. Do not play MTA since you must be under the minimum requirements, there's nothing you can really do other than upgrading your HW as @loki2143 suggested

 

I really can't see what got left behind...
