fatal error (mta<->dll construct)

Greetings friends, your help is necessary for me.

I use windows xp service pack 2

I use mta 0.5 and vc 1.0 (non-mod)

When I press on the button start game at me jumps out such window

And game is not loaded

did you try downloading MTA again and installing it again? Do you experience instability problems on your computer or with other games?

And for those ppl who are gonna respond that it is due to SP2 : it is not. MTA works fine on SP2.
