Serial for MTA

Hi hello, I'm writing to you from a matter of recent times my system up was cutting so I changed from 10 to 7 Windows, and changed my series at F8 have serial else in MySQL and panel Admin I have another, and no options after the show at F8 not They work and the old do not have anywhere saved what I do in this situation?

It shouldn't have changed, when I updated my OS it didn't change, you should contact some MTA Administrator so they can give you back your serial (no idea if it can be done, but it's worth to try).
