wow  I don't think anyone will reply to this topic so...

First of all that's not a script, it's a build-in feature in MTA. You need to be registered and logged in as admin to access it. Once you're admin, write in chat "/debugscript 3" and that same window will show displaying all errors/warnings (if any) of all running resources on the server. To get rid of it type "/debugscript 0" in chat. https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Debugging
