Kill money system

Hello ,  I want to make a script -> We have 2 players , X and Y , X kill Y , and the server give 3000 cash to the X , Server remove 50 cash from Y accounts.

I want only a exemple.

onPlayerWasted

You have to read the event parameter to know how will give the money to the killer and remove it of the victim.
