Problem with setting up my server

whever i click ... Setup Server it comes up with this

... help anyone

i can get a server up adnd running but i jus want to set it up proeperly ... and also i need directions on to how to access the admin services for my server because whenever i try it can never connect... can anyone help .. thanx in advance lads

Go to your MTA directory and delete the MTAServerconfig.exe.manifest file.
