Help with starting up GTA VC

My cursor changes to a disk that seems to be loading the game, but then it doensn't! This happends with both ASE and just playing the game.

Help plz

Yes, I already read the readme's and stuff, but nothing seems to work

I had encountered this problem myself before, as well as some other people that I have talked to. We all ended up reinstaling xp, but perhaps someone has found a less drastic solution. My suggestion to you is to reinstall a clean uncracked legit copy of the game first, run it, then install mta and run mta.

I hope that's not the case. I installed MTA + GTA for like 3 times now....but thnx anyway

Format?

I've had this a few times, and just going to My Documents>GTAVC User Files

and deleting gta_vc.set (options file) fixed it, also worked for everyone else ive told to do it...so try that

ermm, make sure uve inserted your GTA:VC cd, this happens if you've got a fake cd in the drive or nonw
