problems Launching MTA

hi, i need some help to solve this trouble, the thing is that when i try to open MTA(version 1.5.2) this is what appears

then when i click aceptar, this appears

and i already installed the 2 programs that the website recommends me to install and i reinstalled MTA and Gta san andreas like 4 times and still, the same problem happens, im out of ideas.
