MTA SA can't be opened

Hello.

Well i just reinstalled my MTA SA after a year of it being not installed and now whenever i try to open it i get this message:''QueryWorkingSetEx the procedure entry point is not found in the library of dynamic links PSAPI.DLL'' something like that because the message appears in french and i had to translate it to english and am not that good with that.
