Help to open ports in linux debian

Hello guys i need to open udp port in debian 7.0 wheezy plz post below the commands that i need

EDIT : i think all udp ports are open but i dont know why when i test using openports it output udp closed plz help URGENT

What is your server IP/port ?

this is server ip mtasa://164.132.52.233:22003 and the port is udp : 22126 is closed so player cant browse

Edit mtaserver.conf and set to this:

<ase>1</ase>

ports now are open waiting for it to appear in server browser till than thank you for the help
