say i want to convert my gta 5 skin to SA.... how would i go about doing that? is it just a simple transfer and convert files, or is it "take this file, then rebuild the dff, then make a txd out of skicks and mud, then edit this into the 40th dimension of hell blah blah"

GTA 5 doesn't use RenderWare so it means you have to convert the GTA 5 models and textures files to DFF's and TXD's. There are lots of convertors which do such thing just google it

Simple, you forgot the include which dimension of hell he has to go through.
