What exactly is it? Does it send a message to all Moderators? Should be explained somewhere. If it has been posted elseware, I haven't found it.

with that link you can create a new topic in a section that normal users cant see, but admins/mods can see the topic and react to the problems posted

basically its just a huge inbox for the whole forum staff

so if you say my topic has been spammed too much we can clean it up and warn the spammer/flamer (or ban if hes has just been warned)

so dont hesitate to post something
