connection issue

when i start my mta console (through the mta files, non-hosted) everything starts, all ports are confirmed open, and i can connect, but no one else can connect. not even if they search or type the IP.... whats the reason for this? (the server doesnt show up in the "internet" tab, but shows up in local. once again the ports are all confirmed open)

tested my ports with openports. saying all are closed for some reason, but when i type it more than once, the second port will say its open (then type again and it says closed). i port forwarded correctly, i know that

As well as port forwarding you need to bypass any firewalls installed on your computer (i.e. Windows Firewall). This is the issue more often than not.
