Guest Posted January 12, 2005 Posted January 12, 2005 Is there a MTA MA to works with 0.4.1 mta:vc server? i cant find it anywhere the mta ma 2.004 it wont connect to the 0.4.1, it connects to the 0.3.1r2 Also if there is, could you post a link to it?

(the site is down at the moment, so you'll have to wait until it's back up)

Guest Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 uhh ive read all over the forums here and see this problem, ive tried every thing still no luck at getting scripts to work, say like for manhunt, load the script by clicking on the scripts button (on the mtama) then selecting manhunt.mrc and clicking open and it loads then your suppost to do !mh on or !mh 1 neither do any thing tried /mh 1 and /mh on in mirc channel still nothing, ive read this serveral times on here also none of the guides work still nothing 2 people in game do the !mh on and stuff still nothing. I know yall prob tired of doing this tho. am i doing something wrong?

Scorp Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 remember to type '!mh on' in the admin chat window. You'll also have to disable nick in admin chat or the script won't read your command. Worked like this for me
Guest Posted January 13, 2005 Posted January 13, 2005 I see what it was now it was the scripts being wrong version. I dled the 3.16 rar and installed it and loaded it. and used the autoupdater and it updated it to 3.18, which it does not include 3.18 versions of the scripts, you gota convert the 3.16 scripts with the script converter to 3.17 and they work, i tried to cops and robbers script, tried it as it is and tried converting it and it still dont work, type in !on and it wont start.
