Ren_712 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 I have successfully added a 2nd UV map to gtasa objects using kamMax Script. The rest is just a typical baking stuff + shaders. MTA 1.5 lights did help.
Scripting Moderators Sarrum Posted September 9, 2015 Scripting Moderators Posted September 9, 2015 Awesome!
Ren_712 Posted September 10, 2015 Author Posted September 10, 2015 I'd like to work with modelers and share my experience. There is still some stuff to be done on ped/vehicle lighting, but that can be taken care of. There is much potential in this. If You'd like that kind of stuff on your map then just PM me.
Ren_712 Posted September 12, 2015 Author Posted September 12, 2015 I'm open for any collab. PM me if you want.
KariiiM Posted September 24, 2015 Posted September 24, 2015 Great , more maps like that are usefull to TDM servers
Ren_712 Posted October 1, 2015 Author Posted October 1, 2015 I have released a working version. I'm not fully happy about it. But it is a proof that things can be done: https://community.multitheftauto.com/ind ... s&id=12151
Brian92 Posted October 11, 2015 Posted October 11, 2015 A tip when creating stairs collisions on GTA: Don't follow the model's steps and don't apply a collision on every step. You'll have a bad effect when walking on them. Create a single col surface and apply it as a ramp, you'll have a smoother effect, less FPS drops (complex collisions cause FPS drops) and less kb to download Other than this, epic work, really good job
Ren_712 Posted October 11, 2015 Author Posted October 11, 2015 Thanks for feedback. Indeed i didn't think much about the collisions. Maybe applied multiRes modifier to lower the number of polygons. I don't have much experience in modeling so i just left it as it is.
Sam@ke Posted October 15, 2015 Posted October 15, 2015 Really great and amazing work. This looks very cool. Your stuff is most impressive in that community! Keep it up! Greets Sam@ke
