1.) Try - as already mentioned - a fresh GTA installation. If you still have the same issue then, skip to step 2.

2.)

2.1) Create an empty file named debug.txt in C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\

2.2) Start MTA and wait until it says "not responding"

2.3) Press and hold left and right CTRL at the same time until it crashes

2.4) Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\dumps\private\, upload the latest .dmp file to http://upload.mtasa.com/ and post the link here
