the-man Posted December 18, 2004 Posted December 18, 2004 in the current mta when the weather is sunny it is not totally sunny as there are still clouds. in the upcoming release can you plz make the weather proper sunny with pitch blue sky and bring back the spaz . thanks.

Scorp Posted December 18, 2004 Posted December 18, 2004 I'm sure they can improve the transistion between the different weather though atm it can look kinda messy, but when you change to a totally different weather you'd expect that maybe some kind of slow changing effect? idk..
