i am in the process of moving my web site to a better server. does anyone know if this is possible?

when someone tries to view any page/file, can i have it redirect them to my new site?

and does anyone know of some free webspace that allows hotlinking and has php scripting enabled?

thanks for that code. what im looking for is instead of placing code on every page, that it redirects teem no matter what someone views
