Download speed is very slow

Hello!

So, I reinstalled my MTA yesterday ( before that it works good ), and when i open the server list, it shows nothing

But when i join into a server with IP, the download speed is very very slow.

And sometimes the server list is "fine", but my ping is not really: http://i.imgur.com/twoChHQ.png

Are you using the internal HTTP server, or an external one?

What did you see ? fast or slow ?

I personally found it to be rather slow. I would advise you to check mtaserver.conf and tell me what httpserver is set to.
