I need a 32 slots mta server and i'll pay $5 monthly with easypaisa

Well, if you can somehow get PayPal or some other international online account, you can have a cheap host with that much slots, other than that, none in my mind.

oh and you can try COMSATS VPS hosting, afaik that would work too but that's much expensive.

I don't want to host VPS, I want someone to host VPS for me and I would pay him for that $5 for 32 slots..

btw, 5 or 6 servers can be hosted on good servers that are being hosted by COMSTATS, I've checked it before..

I also meant to get you host, not 'you to give host'

And yes, COMSATS can provide that facility but expensively, because that hosting is not for gaming but for other softwares, etc. but you can try that for gaming too, its very powerful.

Can I host a server on 256 MB Bandwith and 128 MB storage server?

if yes then how much slots can I host on it?
