Server issue

Well I have a problem with the server, everything is working fine but when I enter the server and it starts downloading, it stuck on 0B.

I don't know what to do, it's working fine with my friend, he just copied the DayZ files and it worked perfect, anything that may help?

go to mtaserver.conf and search for

httpdownloadurl 

and replace it

One more thing, after I installed the radio resource from here, it keeps downloading after I start the resource.. same goes when I start any other resource I downloaded from the MTA forum..

The errors by level_system are caused because the resource scoreboard isn't running, start scoreboard and restart level_system and it should work well.

Also , make sure your MTA Server is updated , if it doesn't help try reinstalling your server or wait for someone with a better knowledge to help you.

All resources are the same.. I just start them and the download stuck at 0 and doesn't download. However, sometimes it works, but if I restart the server and join to it again the problem will appear again. The jail script is working fine, but the dubstep_radio and any DD map keeps getting bugged..

It's because I am not running it.. I use it to play with some friends and shut it down. Anyway I have some problem with my PC downloading stuff from the internet and that's probably the same problem.
