[WIP] Team Manager

INFO:

This Team Manager works with MYSQL and gui are DX, works for most gamemodes. It is compiled, but you can fully translate it to your language in the 'languages.lua' file and you can change MYSQL settings (host, port, database, user, password and tablename) in file 'config.lua'.

FEATURES:

*Teams Scoreboard (team position (By Points), Team Name, Points, and the number of players on the Team)

*GUI Management Teams (Administrators only be able to see all the information of groups, make changes to them, create and delete Teams)

*GUI for team owner (You can set the rules of the Team, adding users to be able to see the GUI with limited options, destroy the Team, add the rank members and more)

*GUI for members (they may see other players inside, and his range, you can see the rules, leaving from team, see their own rank and more)

*Turf System (You can activate and deactivate depending on your server gamemode)

(I will be adding missing features when progress increases.)
