Cant connect to any server

When I try to connect to a server, following error message appears.

"Timeout while connecting"

"Zeitüberschreitung beim Verbinden"

I hope someone can help me

Did you run MTADiag on the correct computer?

Are you launching the correct program?

One Server of which i cant connect is FFS Gaming.

Clicking on mtasa://mta.ffsgaming.com:22003 is the same as starting MTA and pasting mtasa://mta.ffsgaming.com:22003 into the server browser.
