orappa Posted September 3, 2004 Posted September 3, 2004 I can't answer that, as it's a matter of opinion. GTA3 is more focused on action, with only a single, smaller, island. It also has Ammunations where you can buy weapons and working Pay 'n' Sprays. It's a lot of fun. Vice City deathmatch has a more tactical approach, with a class-based system.
