quick q's:

Are there two different versions that are downloadable or does the one client install both?

If two versions where can i download them from?

Is the "client" all i need to install MTA?

Lag and gameplay wise (other players appearing out of nowhere, cars travelling in 20 metre jumps because of lag, bullets hitting targets and little things like that) which MTA is better (esp. for lan play?)

-a. you only download one file exe and its for both vice City and GTA3.

-a.Yes and a clean version of Vice City or GTA3

-a. Depends on the server and your connection. but otherwise its not that jump lag wise unless cheaters

I'd say they're both about the same with regards to LAN play, although I have noticed that explosions don't seem to be in sync in GTA3 (despite me having a ping of 8ms).
