Problem with MTA

Hey!

I have a problem with my MTA... I start it up, it does that normally and then it is done, the menu is shown, but Latest News is not showing up. Well Then I go to the server browser, and it is loading... After that, the loading is done but no servers showing up. When I enter a server IP manually, it will download the map but not the resources, it will stay at 0kb for 3/5 minutes then disconects me with this error: ERROR (CD20)

I already added some ports to my firewall, but I am not sure if it is good, Downloaded the latest C++ too.

Something is blocking GTA from using http. Make sure your firewall is allowing gta_sa.exe

I unblocked GTA_SA already thousand of times in the firewall, but there is still nothing... i will try it and will tell the results.

Please download and run MTADiag and follow the instructions. If MTADiag doesn't launch, please install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes (download and install vcredist_x86.exe) and try again.

Press 'n' when asked.

Add the following to your firewall exceptions:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\proxy_sa.exe

If that doesn't help, try disabling the Panda Security 'webproxy' feature.

And if that doesn't help, try (temporarily) disabling the Panda Security firewall.

Did you try the steps I listed? How did you disable Panda Security?

I disabled it by right clicking on it (in the task bar lower right of my screen) and turned off automatic protection. And yes, I followed your steps.
