How do I create in game admin?

I use [FMJ]Oli's script but I can't create an admin so I have powers in game someone help I'm very new to all this and it just does my head in trying to figure it out

put into a file called "nickserv.ini" in the same dir as the script:

[yourname]

pass=yourpass

level=5

that should sort u, also make sure u have enable scripts on in mtama options and u have admin on in the /menu for my script
