Can't join my own EIR server

Whenever I try to join my own EIR server, I get these:

Server version: MTA:SA Server v1.4-unstable-6305

Client version: Multi Theft Auto v1.4-unstable-6305

Also, when I try to join any other servers, I get:

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Edit mtaserver.conf and ensure minclientversion is empty:

<minclientversion></minclientversion> 

and minclientversion_auto_update is set to 0:

<minclientversion_auto_update>0</minclientversion_auto_update>
