Need Help Script:

Hello, I make a server with my friend who helping me with small scripts, then I make the maps. I making a minigame server with Race, Attack & Defend, Team Action (Team Action is my sort of tdm then you have 16 teams and 0/2 in every team. So you go 2 and 2 agenst 15 teams with total of 16 teams). And I need some script help that my friend can't do.

*I making an map with both Race and Team Action. You race with a Gokart, and your other friend stay on the Gokart with one Minigun. My friend have make so the Minigun don't do damage, so it just push you Thats the race. But we make the map in Team Action gamemode, thats make me need 2 scripts so it will work full out.

1 I need a script that creates Chekpoints that go to an other Checkpoint. So need the full of the script and not only the "Create chekpoint script). Plz help me.

2 In the start you need to sit on your Gokart and your friend need to stay on it. So we need a platform to make so other cant go first or take your Gokart. So I need some "time" script. A time that count down to take off a Object (Like a door. Open the door). Plz help me.
