When i download mta i put it in this folder http://prntscr.com/4fql8q so i just need to know here is firewall because i need to put "MTA Server.exe" in firewall(to fix my problem) but i cant because i dont know where is it,so pls somebodyyy HELPPP i want to map in MTA

Allow a program or a feature through Windows Firewall.

You can try this trick: Go to MTA San Andreas 1.4\server and start MTA Server.exe . It should ask you for firewall permissions. Check all and confirm.
