Some strange bug ? since 1.4,

Well hello, i want to state my problem because i need help....well let's start.

So,when i log in into any server doesn't matter which one,everytime stuff disappear from my map and it takes long to load them back...i dont know why is this happening ever since 1.4 even tho my fps is 61 always.

Also,whenever the stuff start disappearing from my map like , buildings,houses,streets,trees etc...i can't type in properly, it always like...freezes or something and i have to wait for few sec to press the button so it could type the letter...

I don't know whats wrong,i tried deleting my MTA from Registry Key COMPLETELY and then re-install MTA,also i replaced my gta3.img file because i had some mods on it,with the original one and logged in into the server but..it was working perfectly fine for like an hour but then AGAIN stuff started disappearing from my map and i had some kind of freezes while typing so i couldn't type in properly.

So if anyone has any clue of what's going on i'd be glad if he can help me with this,i don't know if its 1.4 bug or it's just me...

I've also seen other people having same problems and they also think its MTA 1.4 bug.
