i want to ask what is the difference between admin and admin+?

Quote from the manual:

'Admin+: Select this if you wish to enable the more advanced form of Admin. This sends more information to the Admin, including player coordinates, health, money, current vehicle. - Note that Admin+ takes more bandwidth than standard Admin connection (about the same as an extra player would).'

Not sure how you missed that.
