problem with skin

hi guyz..

today i made a new skin for my group and when i went to test it it not in the game (it show the normal skin)

and i saved it and i try spark to save better and still not showing in game

can any 1 help

(i allways make new skins and edit them, but i formatted my laptop and now its not working))
