libstdc++.so.5 Problems

Cutting the long story short I am using FreeBSD for my *nix needs.

So would it be possible for any of you good people to provide us a build which could work with libstdc++.so.3?

Any and all help would be greatly appriciated.

There should be a Linux compatibility package which comes with FreeBSD. Does that not work?

With FreeBSD can only get up till libstdc++.so.4 working which does not help me in the situation.

Any other suggestions?
