Guest Posted July 24, 2004 Share Posted July 24, 2004 I just downloaded MTA 4 last night. First time I played any of the MTA's so I don't know about the older vertions. But is there anyway to play a lan game? Or do we always have to find an empty server? Just wondering other wise this is pretty cool. Little bugs and a touch of lag... which we weren't sure if it was the dutch server or the game always does it. So back to the Q at hand. Is there a way to Lan this? Link to comment

Just fire up a server (remember to switch ASE reporting off) and connect to it from other machines using it's local IP. If you wish to play on the machine that's the server, type "localhost" instead of an IP. Link to comment
