Really Good Decoration.

Conference Hall(20 person capacity)

Meeting Room(Minimum 10 person capacity)

Minimum 3 Private(personal) Offices

1 public office with at least 10 pc,desk,chair etc.

Strategy Room With SA Map Which Is In The Area 51.

Datacenter(Full Of Servers)

A Runway On Roof

3 Helipads On Roof

Minimum 1 Gate(No need for script.)

Interior(You can make offices,conference hall, meeting room etc. to the interior if you want.)

Resting Room.

Training Zone.

Ship Dock(small)

Add markers for warpers(No need for script. I will script the markers myself. Just add the markers as objects)

Vehicle Spawning Place(With Markers. No need for script. Just add the markers as objects)

Make decoration really cool but try to use less object as much as you can. Make it in LS and Dont make it too big. Make it realistic. Dont use any mods. Add more things if you can but as i said dont put everything in to the base. use interiors too.

If you make the map really awesome I can pay you extra money too. I am going to pay from paypal.
