stealing servers names?

is it against the rules to take another servers name?

i am james and my hoster kwon is also an owner

he asked me the name and i said community of united brief gaming!

so he hosted it off his laptop temporary

about a week later his server was down for 2 days he told me he was deleting it

so i created it as an official 24/7 server with insane hosting and now he is saying it is

his. is it stealing his server name even though his was down and he said he deleted it and that i created the name?

What does that have to do with server names being stolen...?

It can't really be stolen unless it's a trademarked name. After all, he did say he was gonna delete it, so he's only got himself to blame in this case.

You two will simply just try to come to some agreement.
