How can I see my Server's bandwidth usage?

How do I use this resource? I started it and opened main.htm but it doesn't show anything, only empty lists.

Alternatively you can also use in-game performance browser: ipb.

Start the default resource 'ipb' and when ingame, type /ipb.

There is no resource with name: "ipb".

It doesn't come with the server installer afaik, but from there (resources page) it does

the installer excludes some resources weirdly.
